1. What is included in the surf day trip package?All packages include round-trip transportation from Phuket to Khao Lak, surfboard rental, healthy breakfast, lunch, snacks, and full-day surf coordination. The Lesson Package also includes two 60-minute surf lessons with certified instructors.

2. Where do you pick up and drop off guests in Phuket?We pick up and drop off at our location in Phuket. The exact location will be shared soon. Exact times and locations are confirmed after booking. However, if you need a transport from your hotel to the meeting point let us know, we can help with arranging.

3. Do I need prior surfing experience to join?Not at all! Our Lesson Package is perfect for beginners and includes professional instruction. If you’re already confident, the Standard Package gives you the freedom to surf at your own pace.

4. What should I bring with me?Bring swimwear, sunscreen, a towel, and any personal items you may need. We take care of everything else – from boards to meals.

5. Is this trip suitable for families or kids?Yes! Surfing is great for families with active kids. We recommend ages 12 and up for surf sessions. Please contact us in advance if you have younger children.

6. How long is the trip?Each trip is approximately 11 hours, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It’s a full-day experience designed to make the most of your time in Khao Lak. However, due to traffic the times can slightly change every trip.

7. Are there any additional costs?No hidden fees. Everything listed is included. However, travel insurance is not included, and we recommend purchasing your own before joining. The only thing you hav to pay on your own is drinks and alcoholic beverages.

8. What happens if the weather is bad?If there are no extreme weather conditions the trip is happening. Surfing is also possible during rain and Thailands weather can change rapidly meaning, often it might look rainy but when we actually arrive the weather is decent. In case of extreme weather situations that doesn't allow any outdoor sports at all, we fully refund the trip.

9. Can I bring my own surfboard?Yes! If you prefer to ride your own board, you’re welcome to bring it. Let us know in advance so we can plan transport accordingly.

10. What kind of food is provided?We serve clean, energizing meals with options for dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). All food is sourced locally and crafted to fuel your surf day.

11. How big are the groups?We have a maximum of 6- 8 people in our mini vans, however the groups have no limit. There are days we leave Phuket with more than one van. Incredible opportunity to meet new friends and share the stoke.

12. Is there any refund possible?All bookings are non-refundable due to our pre-booking commitments with partners. However, in cases of documented emergencies or valid reasons, we may offer a voucher of equal value, valid for 12 months. This is subject to approval and not guaranteed. If we must cancel a trip due to extreme weather or unsafe conditions, you will receive a full refund. Please note that rain alone does not qualify for cancellation or refund.
